In Loving Memory
Frank K. Stuart was born Dec. 18, 1930 in Ogden, Utah. He was an accomplished father, entrepreneur, golfer and ski jumping/downhill champion. He was generous and beloved by his family.
When he was four years old his mom died and he went to live with his aunt. At age 14 he was on his own. He worked two jobs to support himself through high school, graduating with high honors. He joined the Air Force and was stationed in Germany, where he met and ultimately married Carlene Jorgensen in the Salt Lake Temple. He went on to attend the Univ. of California at Berkeley, graduating with high honors. He advanced to candidacy for his Ph.D. with an emphasis in management, accounting, finance, operations research and economic theory.
He spent much of his career as a business consultant providing feasibility studies, business valuations and economic/financial forecasts.
He later married Shireen Malouf, and in his more recent years worked together with her in operating Camp Shadow Pines, founded by Shireen to serve underprivileged and disabled children.
Frank's family includes his wife Shireen; five sons: Scott (Karen), Greg (Desi), Stephen (Allison), Tom (Stephanie), and Ken (Becky); two daughters: Sandy (Steve) Mason and Julie (Gregory) Castle; and three step sons: Jack (Yaun), Valente (Tamara) and Adrian (Jeannette); as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Oct. 18, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at 7601 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona. He will be laid to rest in Green Acres in Scottsdale.

To Shireen and Frank's wonderful kids Greg, Scott, Tom, Ken, Sandy, Stephen, and Julie:
Frank and I were the best of buddies for 35 years or so;
he was one of the most intelligent and thoughtful people I had the pleasure to know. As a forensic expert, he testified both for and against my clients in Courts all over the Western U.S.
I remember one of the kids, when being asked in school what their fathers did, replied "My dad is an eye witness."
Kaye and I send our sincere love and best wishes to all of
you in Frank's extended family. He will be remembered fondly.
