Frank Taylor Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 4, 2025.
Frank Garrett Taylor passed away on July 29, 2025, leaving behind a life full of love, laughter, and strong opinions. Raised in Lawton and Oklahoma City, Frank graduated from Putnam City North High School in 2003 and went on to earn a degree in German from the University of Oklahoma. He worked in technology sales, but his real passions were at home and in the world around him.

Frank was ornery in the best way: quick with a sharp comment, a smirk, or a fierce defense of what he believed was right. He was a loving spouse to Taylor and a proud, devoted parent to Liam, Ronan, and Esme. He lived for cooking nourishing meals, getting lost in the woods, building things with his hands, and exploring new places. He cared deeply about justice and never shied away from a good cause or a good argument.

One of his favorite reminders: "Memento mori, memento vivere." A quiet nudge to live fully, love boldly, and not take any of it for granted.

A celebration of Frank's life and legacy will be held at a later date. In the meantime, those wishing to honor him are invited to donate to Food and Shelter for Friends in Norman, Oklahoma, a cause close to his heart.
