Living next door to Frank growing up was a priviledge. Frank was a nice, honest, and kind man who always had time for us kids. I always enjoyed hearing his stories no matter what the topic was. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Eternal Peace Frank.

I was blessed to grow up as a kid with Frank as my next-door neighbor. What young boy won't want a WWII submarine crew veteran as a neighbor? It doesn't get much better than that.... Franks was nice, decent, humble, honest, hard working, and funny. He loved and was proud of his family, sub vets, country and of course his golf game. Frank always hit 'em straight. To me Frank Vice is the embodiment of the term "The Greatest Generation". Thankfully through Christ we'll meet again!

Growing up on Morey Ave. I remember Mr. Vice sitting on his front steps talking to the kids playing. He was a very nice man. Thoughts and prayers to his family.
