Frankie called me at work on my birthday and sang Happy Birthday. His buds at the hardware said he did that a lot. He was a really good friend to everyone. So many people were blessed by his life. Paulette

Love you Frank. You were my friend and musical guru over the years. You were a very special man with a huge heart and great dry sense of humor.

Frank was such a kind and gentle soul and was so loved by many. He was always ready to share a story about my dad who passed away in 2010 whenever I went into West End, which was always so much appreciated. He lived a good life, but is gone far too soon.

The family is in our thoughts and prayers. May God rest his soul.
