Rest in Peace Butch.

My condolences to the family. I still remember Butch even though I haven't seen him since Johnson H.S. He was a swell guy as I remember. It is difficult to remember a lot from so long ago. His cousin Mike is a friend of the past couple of years. I'm sorry for your loss, but his memory will always live on. Ken Herlund

Butch was one of the older heroes in the old Italian neighborhood on Rail Road Island. He was four years ahead of me at Johnson High, which means that he had graduated before I got there. But, in the neighborhood he always treated the other younger kids and me with respect. One of the nicest guys I ever knew. My heartfelt condolences to the entire Yarusso family. God's Blessings and peace. Sincerely, Angelo Rulli

To the family and friends of Frank,
Frank, touched many persons in his journey in
life and I am one them, I am grateful that he
was my class mate and friend.
We can only imagine what it was like when he
saw the face Jesus for the first time and heard
the words come my faithful servant, welcome
home. Surely his family surrounded Jesus, waiting also to give him the Italian hugs
and telling him lets go home its time to
eat and have little wine.
I can speak for all of us from the class of
1957, we were blessed to have you as as a
classmate.
Peace, Father Tony Dinzeo

Fond memories of Frank from High School and the Marines. I frequently recall an incident in boot camp when the whole platoon was being punished for whatever and we had to do rifle lifts. That's like a bench press standing up with the M1 for the weight. I'm between Frank and TJ, two guys that played football, etc. and I'm loosing my "push", being the little guy, and they got either end of my rifle with the butts of their rifles and carried me through.
I will miss him, and may God bless him. I wonder where TJ is these days?

Surprised and sadden by the passing of my friend since junior high school. We spoke almost every week and the "hey swede" greeting was always upbeat and positive. I pray he is in the arms of Christ Jesus.
