Frank worked for me in England. He was an outstanding leader who was cool under pressure and always took care of our troops. I could always count on him for sound advice. His leadership made our unit better. Rest in peace brother.

Frank was always one of the smartest dudes in the room, but was quiet about it and never had to prove it. Great to his people, rest in peace Frank.

I worked with Frank in Rota, Spain. We worked under a lot of stress due to the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, but Frank always kept a cool head and was one of the calmest people I know. I always liked talking to him about hobbies outside work. I´m really sad to hear of his passing and he will be solely missed by those who knew and worked with him. RIP Frank

Frank was a good listener, he always thought things through before giving advice and he was honest even if it wasn't what you wanted to hear at the time. He was a great Crew Chief and even better friend who had your back always. You will be missed, go Niners.

It was a great pleasure knowing and working with Frank. Things came easy to him; he was very smart. That was one of the first things I noticed about him. He was someone you could depend on to get things done. He will truly be missed.

You will be missed, Frank I'll never forget the late night chats, the laughs, the garage beers and deployment adventuring. Thanks for always having my back and being so gangsta -- Mac
