I am so sorry to just hear about Franklin's passing. My condolences to all his family. I knew him from the 1960's when we all lived on Granada Street in Arlington. We later hung out with his band, Thorns, and Frank was great on guitar. He was truly a wonderful guy.

Frank was a great kid, we became eagle scouts together (Troop 648), got our names painted on the ole red/white/blue bus, shared many a tent on Assateague Island and at scout camp at Goshen and Rock Enon. He was a fellow Arlington Forester "romer". Smary, serious, and funny. His spirit and memory will carry on. My deepest condolences

My condolences to the family. I remember Franklin from elementary school at Barrett. He was a nice kid and an interesting guy. I can see him in his Boy Scout uniform, my brother was in the troop too. I can see him roaming the streets in Arlington Forest, maybe on a bike. We hung with different groups as we hit adolescence. It's shocking to lose someone who is the same age.
