Mr. Franklin Pierce Robertson, Jr. was born on October 25, 1949 to the union of Franklin P. Robertson, Sr. and Edna E. Morris Robertson.
He attended Holy Spirit Catholic School, H. B. Pemberton High School, Class of 1968, and Wiley College.
His places of employment were Snider Industries, Rexall Pharmaceutical, Entex Gas and Robertson Family Logging Business.
He enlisted in the U. S. Marine Corps in 1973. He later married Luberta Bracy. After that relationship, he met the late Brenda Wynn. To this union two children were born.
Franklin was a member of Westside Church of Christ. He enjoyed communicating with his children and grandchildren, reading the Bible and Quoting scriptures, auto repairs, watching movies, and having two or three dogs as pets.
Franklin departed this life on March 8, 2023 at Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center, Marshall. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers, Earl Henry Robertson and Travis L. Robertson, Sr., sister, Frankie M. Jennings and two grandchildren.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Pierceson Wynn and daughter, Kreisha Wynn both of Houston, TX; two sisters, Annie Annette Mims of Grand Prairie, TX and Edna D. Clark (Lonnell) of Marshall, TX; one brother, Bennie L. Robertson of Fort Worth, TX; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
