I remember you best before you worked for State Farm, when you worked for my dad at Western Appraisers. You were that wonderful man in the office that I sat on his lap and told him about my day or my weekend. You would make paper airplanes with me and throw them back and for over the cubical walls, I was always happy to see you. You were always a friend to my family and loved by us all. Now that I am much older, you would still stop to visit me every time you came into my work. I will very much miss your hugs, your jokes, your smile and your laugh. We will always affectionately remember you as Ryan Bigfield.

I got to know Fred in the years he shopped at the store I work in. He was always a very nice and respectable man with a great sense of humor. He was one of my favorite customers. I will truly miss you Fred.

I know you have found peace Fred, & God Bless you Mae & family. I can almost hear you from heaven sharing a silly joke or antecdote with the angels, and them welcoming home one of their own. The warmth and memories that were shared today were breathtaking, you were one of a kind & will be greatly missed.

Derf, Thank you for all the memories, especially the water balloons at the camp outs. Your sense of humor, kind ways, and big bear hugs are now missing; however, you are in God's hands. Say HI to everybody for us, we'll all be together again one of these days.
Love you
Pete and Carol Bigrigg (Eureka, NV)

Mae, you may or may not remember me, Dawn Kich, that worked with you many years ago at the State Hospital. I have many fond memories of that time and one that stands out is of the special love you and Fred shared for each other. I remember your wedding and whenever I hear the song, "Bridge Over Troubled Waters", I think of you and Fred. Fred certainly was your bridge over troubled waters and I know he will be missed; however, never forgotten. Fred has and will remain in my heart forever. He was one special man...My heart goes out to you....Love, Dawn
