Fred Bithell, 89 long time resident of Las Vegas passed away on April 4, 2025. He was born in Los Angeles and was the middle son of Grace and Warren Bithell. After graduating high school he enlisted in the Navy and served in the Korean war. He started his career at Union Pacific Railroad and married his high school sweetheart Jeanne. They raised their family of three in Whittier, CA. He was promoted to Trainmaster and moved to Las Vegas where he lived until he retired. He was a car buff and restored many vehicles throughout his life. He married his second wife Carol and after they retired took many trips around the world. Preceded in death by his parents, brother Ted, wives Jeanne and Carol, best friends Joe and Frank, son Steven, daughter Julie and step daughter Joni. Survived by daughter Vicki, brother Dee, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends. He was loved and will be missed. Per his request no services will be held
