To the Gorgichuk Family
Many years ago, Mr. G. was my most outstanding mentor, who would have probably been surprised at the effect he had on shaping my life. He did it by example, and these have stayed with me for years. Not only as an athlete, but as a compassionate teacher, and a truly caring human being. He made a difference, and will be sadly missed.

To Dan and the entire Gorgichuk family: My sincerest sympathies and love go out to you at this very sad time. Mr. Gorgichuk was a wonderful father, teacher, mentor and friend. I know he will be missed by many. May the hundreds of memories of family holidays, barbeques, the cabin and long summer nights together help to give you peace. Take good care of each other...

To the Gorgichuk family,

Shocked and truly dismayed at the passing of Mr.G. A man of boundless energy I always respected - taken far too young. Thoughts and prayers with you...

I enjoyed working with Fred at Eastglen High School. He treated those of us working in the office the same as he treated his teacher co-workers. He was caring and concerned for the students. As a co-worker, his pleasant personality and wonderful laugh made him fun to be around.

Judy and Family!

We have lost a princely gentleman! Dolly and I got to know Fred through the Attendance Board; hearings chaired by Fred, no matter how difficult, always revealed compassion and firm understanding while post-conversation would show Fred's humor and his ability to find something in the case to chuckle about.

We have lost Fred's physical presence but our memories of a very special guy will last forever. Take care! We must remain in touch as the sad days ahead unfold.
