Shari, we learned of Fred's passing this weekend while we were at Ocean Point. Fred was a very talented man, a friend, and a very good neighbor while at Ocean Point. I am sure you will miss him terribly.

I am so sorry to hear of Fred's passing.
We grew up & played together on Homer's Clinton Street many years ago, graduating together with the Class of '60.
My deepest sympathies go to all of Fred's family. especially his lovely mother.

It always sad to hear of the passing of someone that you shared important parts of your life with. I had not had contact with Fred for many years, but I did go to school with Fred in the Class of 1960 from Homer Central. We were in scouting together in fifth and sixth grade, and shared many youthful memories. My prayers go out to his family and friends.

I was saddened to hear about our classmate Fred from the class of 1960 in Homer, NY. We were in sixth grade together, and we sat next to each other in Latin class. Spoke to him about 7 years ago and had hoped he could make to the the class's 50th reunion. My sympathy to his family and friends.

The Homer Central Class of 1960 was saddened to hear about our friend and classmate. Fred was always full of fun. Growing up in small town Homer is a treasure because everyone knows all of their classmates and those friendships never waver. We had a great friend.
I feel very fortunate that I got to
speak to Fred this past summer. We hadn't seen each other in almost 50 years, but our conversation about old times came easily. Our class will remember the time Fred got in our senior trip picture twice by running from one end to the other end. Fred was a loyal Boy Scout, wrestler and football player and possessed a great sense of humor. Our yearbook had this quote..."He who plays not for glory does not often miss the goal." We will think of him often.

Dear Haverly Family, I had the great pleasure of working with Fred at the LL Bean call center. He was a wonderful and kind man. We were suppose to meet for lunch a few weeks ago, and when he didn't make it, we found out that he was sick. I am so sorry for your loss and just wanted you to know that he had many friends and will be missed. Denise McGrath
