Lavon,
Raymond and I are so sorry for your loss. I remember when you and Fred came to visit my mother in the nursing home in Waco. He officiated at my mother's funeral. (Selma Mulsow) I just found out of his passing from Barbara Kaspar this past week at quilting. Sending prayers and hugs.

Remembering Pastor Neumann for many milestones: he confirmed me as an adult, officiated my wedding and baptized Curt, my older son. He was a life-long friend of the family and always humored me.
I think he coined this phrase, "He who drinks a 5th on the Fourth (reference to July) shall not come forth on the Fifth."
May God's peace reside with Lavon, Stephen & Jacque, Butch, John & Lexi and the entire Neumann family.

Pastor Neumann was special to me. He became our Pastor at St. Paul when I was 14 yrs. old. He officiated at my wedding and baptized both of my sons. He was so kind to me and helped me through some difficult times. I will always remember him fondly. I am so sorry for the family's loss. My prayers and condolences to and for you all.

My heart is saddened to learn of Pastor Neumann's passing. Pastor Neumann was a huge person in the lives of my 3 siblings and myself. He was there for us when our mother passed away at a young age in 1984. We were 12, 10, 4 and 3 at the time. He officiated the funeral for my father who passed away almost 2 years ago. He was a strong supporter of my father as he was readying himself to attend the Seminary in St. Louis, MO as a single father of 4 children. God bless Lavon and his family as they go through this difficult time. Pastor Nuemann will truly be missed but my memories of him will remain with me always.

My Pastor for so many years, my friend, also. Such a kind and caring man. He possessed a wonderful sense of humor and great intelligence. He helped so many people through the years and truly lived a life of service. My love to Lavon and all of the family.

We were so sorry to hear about Fred. We will miss his wit and Don will miss the breakfast meetings with him. We know he is at peace now and in a wonderful place.

A good man, a good pastor, a good friend. He was patient, caring, and joyful. My sympathy to the family.
