Rest in peace my supervisor, coach, and best friend during my first years of teaching at Herron Hill Junior High School. I shall always be thankful for the help that you gave me and my prayers are with your family.

To Fred's family I extend my sympathy.

Fred and I taught arithmetic together in 1950s at Herron Hill Junior High School, now called Millones Middle School. We were part of a large but caring faculty that has kept in touch over the ensuing years. Fred was a loyal attendee of the Retired Men's Group from the Pgh. Board of Ed. that meets semi-annually at Duranti's Restaurant where we catch up on the activities of our colleagues. I will miss him and his friendly smile. He was a fine man and a good teacher.

So glad we had a chance to visit with Fred in December. Our sympathy to both Ann and Jane and their families. You had wonderful parents.

As a native of Ford City, I had Fred as a teacher in high school. Also had his wife, Helen, as a teacher. Both served the school system with distinction. We offer our sympathy to the family. Sorry that we're unable to visit in person. We are presently vacationing in Florida.
