Brenda, Sharon and Familiy. Sending my condolences at the loss of your Dad. I will always remember Mr. Poindexter "putting us out of the basement" when we were kids. May you be blessed with great memories that will make you smile and peace from God, our Father, to comfort you in sorrow.

I am sorry for your loss. Mr. Fred was a good neighbor to my mother, Miss Helen, whom I also laid to rest last week. She very much appreciated the friendship of Mr. Fred. My prayers are with you and the family. May God keep you in His loving care.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Even without ever meeting Nichelle's granddad, I always enjoyed hearing her colorful stories about what a wonderful man he was. He had an enormous impact on those around him. I know his death will leave a big hole in your lives.

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
