Fred Zang Obituary
Mr. Zang died Monday, Dec. 30, 2002, at University Hospitals, Iowa City.
He was employed as a tool and die maker. He worked 17 years at Caterpillar Co., Mossville.
He was born Dec. 30, 1932, in Kewanee. He married Jan Morrison in 1976 in Kewanee.
During the Korean War, he served in the Air Force.
Memorials may be made to Geneseo Food Pantry or Geneseo Humane Society.
Survivors include his wife, Jan; daughters, Debbie Weddle, San Dimas, Calif., Denise Henson, Bakersfield, Calif., Karen Johnson, Laguna Niguel, Calif., and Lisa Henderson, Eldersburg, Md.; son, Rodney Medley, Perry, Mich.; nine grandchildren; and sister, Rosalie Foes, Kewanee.
