Freddy and I met at LA Fitness as he was my trainer for a short time. We developed a friendly relationship for about three years, on and off. In that time, I learned a lot about myself and fitness. We enjoyed the same food and loved cooking together. I have some fond memories of hanging out with him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his children and the rest of the entire family. May you find peace my friend. Namaste!

Freddy was a kind and loving person. I enjoyed our Cocopah days. He always made me laugh and was quick with a joke. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones. Rest in Peace Freddy. You will always be missed

My angel this is way to soon we are in complete shock and disbelief. He came in to rescue me and walk beside me and did so without fail he never gave up! He stood strong for so many things he believed in. Now my heart bleeds and mourns for him. He was the most disciplined, strongest man I know. He loved nature he loved healing people and he loved life. His authenticity and huge heart of a lion was undeniable and has taught me huge lessons, hard lessons. My heart and soul "8/2" I guess you´re in your final Savasana now enjoying peace, silence and stillness. I will see you in a better place with all the others at the right time. G
