Sheila and Family, I worked with Fred in 3 different companies. I often thought how fortunate I was to know a man who was so intelligent, strong, caring, humorous, and yet humble. In my mind's eye I can see his big blue eyes sparkling and his smile lighting up the room. He embodied the word "noble". I am truly sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in each other and your faith.

Sheila,
I worked with Fred at the U and on various committees for MOTA. He was always so full of life and laughs he was great to work with and he will be missed!!! I always looked forward to seeing him at the yearly state conferences. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
God bless....

I worked with Fred at both Unity and Mercy Hospitals and could not have asked for a kinder boss. He had a great sense of humor and was a true advocate for both his staff and our patients. I will miss his smiling face at MOTA conferences and Mercy get togethers. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Sheila, I am so sad to hear that Fred has passed. I loved working with him at the U of M and had nothing but respect for how wonderful he was with his patients and all the co-workers. My heart goes out to all of you. Love, Kelly Judd

I worked with Fred at Rehab Dynamics years ago. He was a great guy with a fun sense of humor and was always willing to drive to northern Minnesota.

Fred was such a great guy, we will really miss him a great deal. Our hearts go out to Sheila and the family. So happy we had a chance to listen to Fred's insights on politics and socialism in the us. A great loss.
