Dear Rose and family, Words cannot express our sorrow for the passing of your dear Fred. I hope someone is baking his pecan fruit cake up in heaven and I hope he SHARES it.

I knew Fred for 54 years, he was my best friends husband. Over the years he made me laugh, cry and get very frustrated! He was one of a kind!! He dearly loved his wife and son and daughter. He ADORED his grandson Andrew. I feel
Lucky to have been his friend. I will miss him dearly but am grateful he is at rest.

Rosie, Dana and Andrew, We were with you today with heavy hearts in thoughts and prayers. Fred lived life to the fullest and had the gift of making people laugh. Whenever he saw something ugly he'd say "that's so ugly it would make an onion cry" and he had hundreds more of one liners.. We often said Fred missed his calling as a comedian. R.I.P. Rose, Dana and Andrew, we are so sorry (and shocked) to hear of Fred's passing. At least he didn't suffer. It would have killed him to be a burden on his family. Never met anyone like Fred who enjoyed life and his family so much. We have fond memories of Fred's sense of humor which never seemed to waiver. He always said what he was thinking. Thank you both for the memories of our Christmas Eves together, and your Christmas visits and gifts over the years. I'm sure Fred found a good golf course in heaven.
