Frederick Huston Obituary
Fred was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 11, 1943 to his loving parents, John and Ruth (nee: Arnold) Huston. He was employed at McLean Trucking, St. Johnsbury Trucking, and APA Trucking retiring in 1997. Fred enlisted in the U.S. Navy proudly serving on the USS Forrestal.
He was a member of the American Legion and the Teamsters Local 261 for 30 years. Fred was an avid golfer, fisherman and was a dedicated Ohio State sports fan.
Fred is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Karen (nee: Linn) Huston of Avon Lake; daughters, Tamera Miglesz and Heidi (David) Banjoff; sons, Timothy (Amy) Huston and John (Amy) Vasko; sisters, Bonnie (John) Hurst and Carol Ann Huston; brother, Charles (Sally) Huston; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruth Huston.
A Memorial Service will be held this Spring with Fred's obituary reappearing before that time to announce funeral service information. Arrangements by Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Lorain, (440) 244.1961. Memorial donations may be made to Ames Family Hospice of Western Reserve, Westlake, Ohio 44145.
