Kim, Please accept our condolences on the passing of your father, Fred. The last time our family saw Fred was in l980, at the funeral of my father, George Pauli. He and Fred were long ago work buddies and friends. My mother, Audrey, says Fred was often a guest at our dinner table in the days when he was young and single, when we lived in
Rouyn, QC. This would have been during the early to mid 50's. His name is familiar to all our family, as my brother, Bob, was a pilot and now my youngest sister, MaryEllen, flies helicopters for the Ontario MNR.
May Fred rest in peace.

Kim,

So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. He was a very giving person who seemed to have to time to keep us entertained. How many afternoons were spent after school on the ice slide on the side of your house?! No need to travel to Quebec City, we had a private Carnaval :-) Beaurepaire will not be the same....

Know that he and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Roluf family,

Our deepest sympathy on Fred's passing. Thank God he made his final landing safely. Fred was a good friend and neighbour, and we spent many a happy hour playing cribbage or planning projects. May he rest in peace in his final resting place next to his special friend and son, Kevin.

Kim:

It was great sadness that I heard of Fred’s passing.

I have fond memories of growing up in Beaurepaire as a next door neighbour to Fred. He got me started in business at an early age when he hired me to paint his fence one summer. Soon I was cutting the lawn, babysitting and shoveling the driveway in the winter. Then I got a paper route and started delivering his newspaper. When I first showed up at the door to collect for the paper, he looked at me and simply said “I’m changing your name to Money Bags”.

He was a great neighbour and always had a laugh and a smile for me. I’ll miss him.

My dear Kimberly,
In the early days in Red Lake, your father's path crossed with ours and then again in Sept Iles. He was a wonderful person, always kind and giving. He was loved by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Kim,
I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Your dad certainly had a rich life. I hope your happy memories will soon outshine the sad ones. Please know that you are both in my thoughts and prayers.
