Hey Dad, a few days have gone by and my heart still aches. I am holding on to all the good times, remembering our trips to the casino at 8 in the morning!!!! Dibby. I never fully appreciated your time with me. I think I speak for all your grandchildren when I say. We never thought you go. Especially not the way of day you did. I thank you for witnessing & making sure I married this man. I thank you for coming up from Florida and doing this somewhere our entire family was together. I thank you for bringing me closer to my best friend since I was born. Tara. And I love you for teaching each one of us. It's really about family. Dear Dad, Today is Thanksgiving and we were suppose to be having our dinner together. I am trying so hard to stay strong, but I am so sad today. I prided myself on being your daughter and I miss you soooo much. I know you would not want me to be sad, but I have to let myself feel this. Condolences to the family of Fred Soffing. I worked with Fritz at the Sucrest/Revere Sugar Refinery in Brooklyn. No matter how hectic or challenging conditions were, he handled it in stride. RIP, Fritz.

I still can't believe this has happened. I just wanted a little more time you know. But, I will cherish the times we had. I love you with all my heart, and I know that my love for you will mend my broken heart in time.
