FREDERICK WILLIAM, IV
Age 50, of Plum Boro, on Friday, February 3, 2012. Devoted spouse of 23 years to Sandra (Alexander); loving father of Tiffany, Troyan, Tucker, and Michele; grandfather of baby Troyan, Ty, and Kalleigh; son of Frederick W. (Vivian) Wilkins, III and Barbara (George) Melodi; brother of Valeria; nephew of Raymond and Charles (Joy) Kronz; also survived by niece, Jeanette Pressman; two great-nephews and niece, and many cousins. Fred will be greatly missed by many friends everywhere. He proudly owned his own business for 28 years, Wilkins Restoration. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES, LTD./ ROTH CHAPEL, 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road), Penn Hills. A Funeral Service will be held, Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. at Unity: A Community Church.

Sandy so sorry to here about Fred just found out sunday to my disbellief . This is Kelli i cut Freds hair occasionally and you met my mother and I at sandcastle. Tiffany, Troy and Tucker im so sorry for the loss of your father.He will be greatly missed!

Sandy - I am so sorry for your loss.
Fred was quite the character. I'll never forget serving him at the Winchester Room. He held the record for ordering the most expensive meal - 2 dinners - large lobster tail, steak, 4 extra sides. When I first met him, I said do you realized the meal you just ordered is going to be around $100 - he just shrugged his shoulders. There was never a dull moment when he patronized the Winchester Room. We will all miss him.
