Gail Bridges Obituary

Published by Hamilton-Wenham Chronicle from Jun. 4 to Jun. 11, 2014.
Gail E. Bridges, 75, passed away quietly at home with her family, on May 31, 2014. Formerly of Rochester, NH and S. Hamilton, MA. Gail is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 56 years, William; her beloved daughter, Kim E. Bridges & son-in-law, William J. Zywusko of Rochester, NH. Gail loved live theater, which was one of the things she loved most about living in this area, along with days by the beach reading a good book and watching the dolphins off shore. Gail was a well known interior designer on the North Shore of Massachusetts, owning her own business for 25 years, before retiring and moving to New Hampshire and later, South Carolina. Gail was active in many activities while living in Hamilton. She acted in community theater, helped with the Childrens Garden Club. She was a Deconess of her church and taught Sunday school & youth choir. Mr and Mrs Bridges loved to travel and spent many years seeing the country on countless road trips & boating along the Kennebeck River from Bath to Augusta. Besides her love of family, theater, and her design business, Gail loved to cook and entertain. Any excuse to gather family and friends for a great meal, fun, and friendship was good enough. She will be missed by those she loved and leaves behind. A Memorial Gathering will be held 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 4th, at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Mercy Care Hospice, 8216 Devon Court, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. Guest Book available at MyrtleBeachFuneralHome.com

It's been one month since you left us. It's feels like yesterday, yet I'm finding it hard to hear your voice, but I'll always see your beautiful
smile. I love you and miss you everyday.

to the Bridges family;
I am saddened to hear of your recent loss. I knew both Gail and Bill several years ago from an office I worked at and and was always nice to chat with them. Gail was so sweet - her baked goods, a card at my home when I was not feeling well. I really enjoyed getting to know them during that short time. Thinking of you all during this difficult time. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bill and Kim. Our Thoughts and Prayers are with you with the loss of Gail. Working with her on many Functions at the Park was Entertaining . I've never met a person with such an attention to detail. Rene and Luanne Cardinal
