Gail was my kind and loving older cousin. I credit her for starting my lifelong beauty journey teaching my sister, Penny, and I how to arch our eyebrows when we were thirteen years old. I've been arching my eyebrows ever since. What I will remember about Gail is how kind, patient, and supportive she was. ❤ I love her and will miss her very much. I'm sure she's singing hymns and praising Jesus with with all of our loved ones.
God bless you Sammy and Lapina. She'll forever be in our hearts. Much love.
Your cousin,
Cheryl Simmons-Ellis

Sammie, I remember how dedicated your mom worked on your birthday parties. I attended them when you were little. She loved you so. I hope you will live your life that makes her proud.

I got to know Gail through my ex-husband, her cousin William (Sneaky) Simmons. Gail was a very thoughtful person. She loved getting bargains from Sears Warehouse. Once she even bought me a pot with a steamer basket. She said I needed it. Then she told me how much it cost. I still think about that day and smile. The pot is many years old and has held up over the years. She was right! I needed it then and still use it to this day.

I met Gail when I was younger. Her sisters, Kathy & Kim, are my sisters. She was caring and loving especially to Sammie. Continue to let her love lead you Sammie and share that legacy with others.
