Gaither Graham Jerrell JONESVILLE, Va. Gaither Graham Jerrell, 84, of the Flatwoods Community, passed away Friday, Sept 3, 2010, at Lee Regional Medical Center in Pennington Gap, Va. Gaither was a lifetime member of the Flatwoods United Methodist Church, a member of the United Methodist Women, and a member of the Flatwoods Ruritan Club. Gaither taught school at the Flatwoods Elementary School and retired from the Lee County School System. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ulyss Jerrell; parents French and Nannie Barber Graham and an infant brother, Rex. She is survived by: son, Bernard (Bernie) Jerrell and wife, Judy, of Jonesville; two sisters, Manerva Watson and Geneva Willis, both of Jonesville; three nieces, Mickey Cluseman, Charlotte Brooks, and Nancy Britton, all of Jonesville; and one nephew, Mike Willis of Jonesville. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at Arney-Mullins Funeral Home in Jonesville. Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Dennis Fox and the Rev. Joy Fox officiating. Music will be provided by Sue Moore Crouch. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Lee Memorial Garden in Woodway, Va. Those attending the graveside are asked to meet at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Willis, Jimmy (Fuzz) Cluseman, Donnie Brooks, J. B. Britton, David Jerrell, Jim Jerrell and Kevin Jerrell.
