Suddenly at home on Saturday, August 16, 2014. Garry Adametz, age 43 of Chesterville. Beloved son of John and Vera Adametz. Loving brother of Audrey (Duane Gaudet). Lovingly remembered by many relatives in the Czech Republic and missed by his many dear friends. A casual Celebration of Garry's Life will be held at the Canadian Legion Branch #434, 167 Queen Street, Chesterville from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Online condolences may be made at

My sincere condolences to the Adametz family and Garry's close friends. The little I did know him was enough to see a generous, clever and funny personality. I have nothing but warm & positive memories of him. RIP Garry, until we meet again.

Sorry to hear of Gary's passing. Although years have passed since I last saw him, I have nothing but found memories of hanging out Gary at the Adametz house in Queenswood Heights. Mr. and Mrs. Adametz, Audrey I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences and know that I am thinking of you all.

John & Vera - My thoughts are with you both on the sudden passing of Garry. Every time I saw him ,He always seemed to be smiling and laughing so even if his life was shorter than some , he lived it to the fullest!!

For such a short life , it was lived truly from the heart . Not many people can say they were about family and friends , as honorably as you were . Your love of family, friends, and especially kids was truly a great thing to watch Gary ! Although I do believe the one thing you lied about most was how big that fish was when we were never there to see !! Lol
I know you'll be dearly missed , by those you loved so much !!
Relax and fish , we'll be there soon enough as life predicts. But we want photos of the " fish" you catch before we meet up again !! Cheers Buddy !
