Alicia, It's highly unlikely that you remember me, as at least 40 years have past since we met. I was a neighbour of the McNulty family, and as a boy spent many years hanging out in the McNulty household. So much so, that the McNulty boys became like adoptive brothers to me. I remember Garry's warm smile and easy sense of humour. I was very saddened to hear of his passing (too young). My sympathies go out to you and your family, and to all Garry's siblings (especially Grant and Jackie) and his wonderful mother. My condolences.

Alicia and family,
My condolences for your loss. Garry was a good man and I have many fond memories of our conversations at the Federal Court. His sense of humour and insight enlivened many discussions. Hard to believe that 40 years have gone by since we met; nevertheless, he left us much too soon.

Rhoda and I are deeply saddened by the loss of Garry. He fought courageously for the past year and a half, and we were always touched by his strength, courage and positive attitude as he made this difficult journey. He was indeed an inspiration to all of us at the Federal Court, but more importantly, he was a true friend to me for almost forty years. I will miss our talks about birds in our area, and I wish I could hear him say,"Come on, Wilf, let's meet for a coffee!"
Sincere sympathy to Alicia, Jason, Erin and family

At the Federal Court, Garry was a mentor but also, for the regional offices, the Ottawa expert in admiralty matters. Good judgment, support and sense of humour were his signature. He may now be "free as a bird" but he will be greatly missed.

My heartfelt blessings go out to the entire family at this time. Life is eternal and death is only a boundary line which is just the limit of our sight. Garry assisted me during my 6 month stay in the Ottawa Office. He was a hands on person and I appreciated the expertise and support given during my stay. Garry is greatly missed at the courts and will remain in many hearts as a true mentor. My prayers are sent your way. Susan

Dear Alicia and family,
Garry was my mentor at the Federal Court for over 20 years..he was also my buddy and he made me laugh out loud everyday. He was a great guy and our bond grew even more the day I came home with my puppy Rosie and an extra one in tow for you both...then the stories of Rosie and Daisy were born. I will miss him a lot and I am thinking of you and your kids at this really sad time.
