Garry Wayne Wagner Garry Wayne "Wagon Wheel" Wagner, 53, of Rural Retreat, Va., passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Wagner Sr. and is survived by a son, Gary Isaac Dunford; mother, Betty Burse Wagner, both of Rural Retreat, Va., siblings, Patty and Mike Patterson, of Barren Springs, Va., James H. (Rod) Wagner Jr., Rick and Cathy Wagner, Johnny (Hobert Dean) Thomas Sr., all of Rural Retreat, Va., Sue andTony Alexander of Max Meadows, Va.; special uncle and aunt, Jimmy and Nancy Burse of Independence, Va.; several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held 7 p.m.. Wednesday, June 13, 2012, a the Lindsey Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Dalton and Rev. Oscar Roark officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until service time. The family requests that those who prefer may make memorials to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
