Such great memories of Mr. Bargell as a wonderful teacher.

Uncle Gary was so positive and had such a great sense of humor. We will never forget the trip he took up to Alaska to visit us. We had such a great time. He's the only person we know that can hold a 100 lb halibut with his pinky finger!! We were glad we were able to visit with him last fall and see his Art Collection. We love you and will miss you Uncle Gary. Enjoy the hunting, fishing, and painting up in heaven!

Mr. Bargell is one of the greatest men I have ever known! From the high school days as my art teacher to being my mother “Bonnie Baade’s” best friend in their childhood days, I am so blessed to have him as part of my life. ❤ Sending love & prayers to Jon & all his family/friends/students. The hearts and prayers of NPHS Class of '73 are with Mr. Bargell's family and friends. He was an inspiring teacher who will not be forgotten.

I have wonderful memories of being in Mr Bargell's class and having the honor of being his aide. He was definitely a dear soul, making the world a better place by him being in it. Sending love to Jon and the family.

I have so many fond memories of Mr. Bargell in my years as both a student and teacher's aide during high school. His ornery spirit will always bring a smile to my face. My sincere condolences to the Bargell family.

Gary & his family were long time friends. My late husband - Bruce Hoye - shared not only teaching the same subjects, but numerous other activities to many to mention. However, the Gun Club was significant for that group.
It goes, without saying, Art & all that entails provided beauty, not only from their creative talents, but also everyday life. Rest in peace, my friend.

Mr Bargell was my all time favorite teacher. He taught me so much over the years with great patience and determination. He inspired my

Gary was a spectacular person. While he conveyed his passions, others felt they could possibly do it. If you created something, he would talk about it. The creative process was his schtick, his sense of humour was wicked, and the world was an oyster. Just shuck it!

A great influence on my career choice, Mr Bargell was my HS art teacher and then later supervised me as a student teacher for a full semester. He was so talented and his wry sense of humor never failed to make me laugh. His life mattered to me, I will never forget him.

Mr. Bargell was a wonderful person and such a kind and memorable teacher. He will always be remembered with love!

Mr. Bargell was my high school art teacher 50 years ago and an influence in my life. I was recently turning a wood bowl on my lathe. It was about as large as my lathe would handle and I thought, "Mr. Bargell would say, 'If you can't be good, be big.'" Thanks Mr. Bargell.
