Gary...you kind soul ..you will be missed down here. I've known Gary since Jr. High & in high school I believe we had a class or two together. I wasn't 1 of the most popular of girls but Gary always treated me nice & would talk to me. Later we lost touch but through Facebook turned up. He always had a knack for calling or texting just when I needed a friend. Like others said...he was funny & cheerful always trying to make the best out of life. Glad he's not suffering anymore with heart problems & he's in a better place. Rest in Peace Gary. See you on the other side some day

Hello my blessed and loved son. Its hard to believe that your gone. I thank the Lord Jesus that your safe in his arms and that one day all of our loved ones will spend eternity together. Until that day comes give all our loved ones a hug for me. A special big hug for Jesus. Looking forward to that day. Love and miss you so

Gary was like the "big brother" we never had. He would commonly be at our home hanging out with us and probably one of just a few boys that our parents were comfortable with having around. Growing up we could always count on Gary to be there for us as a friend and protector, more so after our father passed.

Gary´s personality was larger than life and there were countless days and nights that we all just hung out in the front yard and sang and laughed about so many things. His impressions of comedians always cracked us up. We even created special names for each other that were so very random, I think we called Gary "Hildegard Johnson" if my memory is right. It was just part of the special relationship we all had with Gary. So many great times.

Gary had a huge heart and would go out of his way to help people in need and we are so blessed to have all the memories we have with Gary growing up and to be referred to by Gary as his "little sisters".

We lost contact with Gary here and there in our adult years and I wish we were able to be more present in his life, but our memories of Gary will carry on for decades to come.

May you rest in eternal peace, Gary.

Love,

My precious little brother, I love you forever and already miss you here on earth - your witty words and jokes to keep us all laughing. I know you are in the arms of the Savior and one day I´ll see you again. Until then save a spot in heaven for the rest of the family and me and give Dad a big hug and tell him I love and miss him too.
