Jeremiah, Joshua, Jonathan,Justin, Loi, Ralph, Larry, Mike, Karen, and all of your loved ones: Reed and I are saddened by the loss of your beloved father, brother, brother-in-law. He was our dear friend, and Carol was our dear friend since the 70's. We had many happy times with Gary and Carol and their sons. Gary had many talents, as we all know, and he shared with us his gift of cooking and his brilliant mind and his wonderful sense of humor. We watched the boys grow up into men, all so polite and sweet and caring. We know you guys will carry on, as you always have. We just want you to know that we have great affection for you and your parents. Our hearts go out to you in this extremely difficult time. God bless and keep you.

Love, Sylvia and Reed Miller

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Gary's family. As former co-workers of Gary's from the "Tracor/BAE Systems" days, he was a delightful friend and we have great memories of him. Gary, Carol, and (we unfortunately don't remember which) "# son", attended our wedding at Lake Tahoe in July of 1999 before we moved to Arkansas. John proudly carries, on a daily basis, an engraved pocket knife Gary gave him as a "thank you" for taking him back and forth to work while the "old suburban" was in for repairs. You should be very honored to have had such a kind, gentle and loving father. Just thinking of him and his wonderful sense of humor brings a smile. We are grateful he thought of us as friends, and that we had the pleasure of knowing him - and Carol. God bless you all!

He touched the lives of many in his life. He willingly shared his knowledge, humor and love of life with all and I will always remember him as my "useless knowledge" (that's what he always called it) friend!!! One of the many things I learned from him and will never forget is just how high Mt. Fuji is. Love ya Gar,,,,,,,,thanks for the good times and laughs!!!!!!!!

We want to express our deepest sympathy to all of the Lemke Family. We didn't get to see Gary often enough but he will be truly missed by our family also. I had a great conversation with Gary not too long ago, and I will carry that happy time with me always. He, like his father, would surprise you with his phone call just to catch up--and I'm so glad we spoke then. We will keep him in our hearts forever.

Gary,

Beloved husband of Carol. Best Buddy with sister-in-law Lois and brother-in-law Ralph. Father to Jeremiah, Josh, John and Justin.

You were the kindest of souls. You entertained and nourished us with food, drink and merriment. You amazed us with your knowledge on any topic of conversation.

You provided us with the most joyous of family vacations. We will never forget the fun we had with you, Carol and the four J's.

I know that all who receive this news of your passing will be saddened by the loss of such a wonderful man, friend, co-worker, husband, brother and dad.

May God Bless
