Gary LUCAS

So sorry to hear about Gary. My condolences to Laura, Geoff and Matt.

Linda and I were saddened to hear of the passing of a great cousin.
The memories of Gary in the early part of my life are memories of fun, laughter and love.
In later years, Linda and I shared a special day of being with Gary and his children at 108 House in British Columbia.
Although we have lived many miles apart throughout our adult lives, these memories will always remain forever in our hearts.

I was so terribly sorry to hear of cousin Gary's illness and passing. From reading the other messages posted here, I see that Gary was blessed with a loving family. I remember his sense of fun and the "twinkle in his eye" at family gatherings when we were all younger. Remember the good times! My thoughts and prayers are with his family and the whole Lucas clan.

Gary entered my life 15 years ago thanks to Susan's matchmaking skills. That was 8 grandchildren ago!! He loved those grandkids more than life itself. He was the most generous and selfless man I knew. He would drop everything to go help his kids; whether it be moving, renovating, watching the grandkids or just to keep in touch.
He always indulged my golf addiction. He was happy to be home making supper and vacuuming while I was out on the golf course because he knew how much I loved my golf. I miss you every day and you will always be in my heart. Rest In peace Gar

I remember Gary with a twinkle in his eyes and a softness in his heart. His children and beautiful grandchildren will always be a source of pride. A great man who left behind an amazing legacy.

There aren't words to express how sorry Bob and I are to have heard the news of dear Gary.
Despite being geographically challenged over the years, Gary's loving, giving nature and his light up the room smile have always stayed close to our hearts.

We were very saddened to hear of Gary's passing. I have many wonderful memories of Gary from my childhood... all of them include his tremendous smile, his fantastic sense of humour and his kindness.

We feel very fortunate to have met Gary and any of the times we spent together he was always so happy and gracious. He was a thoughtful, kind, caring man. He was cherished by many and will be deeply missed. Thinking of you all.
