Gary Melvin Puckett

Sorry to read about Gary's passing. He was an outstanding superintendent of golf in Heidelberg providing us in the military a wonderful golf course to play when away from work. This was a special course shared between military members and German golfers alike. In my 30-40 yrs of golfing, it was one of the more special golf courses due to his leadership there. By the way, long before he was superintendent, he also taught golf, and he provided me lessons while I was a young teen at Heidelberg. It provided me with a lifetime of golf down the road.

Gary was one of the kindest stuborn patients I ever worked with . I adored him and his dry humor. We had that in common. Loved visiting him at Big 5. He will be deeply missed in my heart. Sending love to his family and friends

My deepest condolences to Garys family. We were friends from Santa Rosa High School, A real pleasure to be around and share time with. Rest in peace my brother.
