Gary Gene Uran passed away peacefully on October 29, 2024, at the age of 82, in Puyallup, Washington. Born on June 19, 1942, Gary was renowned for his loving, kind, humble, caring, and welcoming nature.

Gary honorably served in the US Navy from 1964 to 1970, a period during which he dedicated himself to his country with distinction. After his service, he pursued a career as a computer repairer, balancing his professional life with his roles as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Gary's personal life was enriched by his deep connections with his family and his varied interests. He is survived by his wife, Fabienne Uran; daughters Millicent, Jessica, and Jennifer; sons Matthew, Natthaniel, and Jonatthan; and six cherished grandchildren. His family remembers him as a pillar of strength and love.

An avid enthusiast of roller skating and alpine skiing, Gary also enjoyed watching Star Trek, reading Popular Mechanics, and had a passion for repairing cars and tinkering around the house. These hobbies reflected his curious and engaging spirit, always eager to learn and experience more.

Gary's life was one of service, love, and adventure, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy will live on in the hearts and memories of his family and friends

I am so sorry that your passing happened the way it did. It breaks my heart. The house feels very empty without you here. Sweetie misses you as well as I do, too. ~~ I know you are very busy in Heaven seeing Family, and Friends! ~~~ We were a couple that supported each other in the ups and downs of our 54+ years together. Thank You for your Many years of working to support us and our family. Thank You for all the projects you built and worked on. Thank you for supporting buying the cabins and certainly All the work to make that dream become reality for us. Life will not be the same without you. Hugs forever Gary.
