Dear Aunty Truus,

You were like family to me. Growing up with you at my side was amazing. I will forever cherish the memories of your visits in Montreal. I remember when we were both sitting at my Aunty Mona's table, and I told you that ''I am bad at drawing''. You then patiently took the time to teach me how to draw properly! You always found a way to make everyone laugh and smile, and that's what we will remember you for: The kind-hearted person you were, and always will be. I am going to miss you so much. We love you!

I remember you Blondie, You were the first smiling face, with big blue eyes with that tuft of blond hair that had to be visible from under your hairnet,when sent from the MNH to the Vic to apply at the Caf. You told me where to find Vicky and then called out " Good Luck "....I then had the pleasure of working beside you, joking with you partying and dancing and laughing and laughing, out loud, a lot.
