Gene McCree

I met DR McCree in 1971 I was having my second child and he was the most caring doctor I have had in my 72 years and my daughters have also went to him when they grew up and if you didn´t have the money he never said no. The world has lost a great person not just a doctor.

I worked with Dr McCree when he first came to town. My husband and I helped to get him and Dr Fox into the house that was renovated into his office. We even pulled weeds and trimmed shrubs. JHe was a fine physician. A man who genuinely cared for people. All people. He helped many women get access to badly needed healthcare and did a lot of it for free. I have seen him running alongside a stretcher giving us orders for the surgery to come. All the while talking, calming, and encouraging the patient. He was much loved at the hospital. I have been honored to have known him and worked with him. He worked tirelessly and as we say in the south "He never got above his raising." I got a call about his passing from one of the techs that worked in surgery years ago. The world is a better place because of you Dr McCree. A job well done.

Dr McCree was is a phenomenal doctor. My family and I have been in the Naples area for the past 58 years. Dr.McCree took care of both my mother and I. I will never forget all of his help and sincere caring that he had when he took care of us. Prayers to the entire family. Robin, Rosen-Amar
