Geoffrey Langelier

LANGELIER, GEOFFREY J. 46, of Harrisville, Rhode Island passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014. He was the husband of Lynn (Lefort) Langelier, whom he married November 4, 1995 and the devoted father to his seven-year old daughter Lauren Suzanne Langelier. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of Geoffrey J. and Kathleen (Clynes) Langelier. Geoffrey was a 1992 graduate of URI and a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity. He was an independent sales representative. He served as Assistant Coach in the Burrillville Glocester Youth Soccer Association and participated in Father Holland Catholic School events. Geoffrey was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church, Pascoag. Geoff's hobbies included music, skiing, and the great outdoors. He was a loyal sports fan of the N.E. Patriots, Boston Bruins, and Boston Red Sox but what he loved most of all was spending time with his loving daughter Lauren. Besides his wife, daughter and parents, he leaves his brother, Daniel J. Langelier of Milford, NH. He was predeceased by his brother, Glenn Langelier. His funeral will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2014 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 183 Sayles Ave., Pascoag. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Harrisville. Calling hours are Monday from 5-8 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.
