Thinking of George and his family this time of year. George was one of the first friends of my parents, Mike and Milly Wilkinson, when they moved to Huntsville about 10 years ago. I always enjoyed seeing him at their church during my visits! George was also there for my parents as my Dad became more ill with time shortly after moving there. The support George and Johnnie bestowed on my parents when Dad passed will not be forgotten. George was a servant of Christ and a true friend. I think of him often and miss him so.

Absolutely shocked by George's passing! I've known George since his USAF days in Louisiana. Was just a short time ago he was asking about my wife's passing from cancer. Truly an outstanding human being. It really is a big loss for everyone who knew him. Many blessings to Johnnie and their extended family.
