In memory of
Jane Hattstaedt Waters
November 13, 2006
I have known George since he was a young boy and a very good friend of my brother, Jack, who also attended The Little Outfit at the same time. That experience made an indelible impression upon both of them and, I believe, was largely responsible for their making Arizona home. George showed a great deal of love and kindness towards my brother at the time of his death eight years ago. That's when my husband, Steve, and I became acquainted with his lovely wife, Peggy. I remember George as a very generous and caring person who insisted that we visit them in Sister Bay, WI, which was near a beloved place from my childhood. Knowing how much George loved to sing in the choir, he wanted to share his church there with us as well. George had a unique gift of making everyone around him feel special. Steve & I will miss him greatly and send our prayers and condolences to Peggy, his sister, Dodie, and all the family.

I was so very sorry to learn of your loss. I had been praying for Mr. Booth's recovery since I learned of his illness last summer. I will now pray for his soul and for peace and healing for your entire family.

Condolances to the Booth family. Though I didn't know George well we had a common link and talked of growing up in Patagonia. He delivered and picked up the laundry each week at my Grandmother's house who did the "wash" for the boys.
I knew George from working in Real Estate.
God comfort you all.

My mother is a member of the Resurrection Choir. I live in Minnesota but visit my mom in AZ at least once a year. Needles to say, when attending Resurrection services or events, one would NOTICE George. He was the one with the wonderful smile and great jokes, ensuring that all were having a good time. George always made a point of welcoming me and of course letting me kow why the Packers were going to beat the Vikings!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Booth family. Be strong and hold on tight to one another. I know you'll all miss your father tremendously, but find comfort in the fact that he is no longer suffering, plus he's with Matt keeping each other company. :) All my love - Amy Gregg

To The Entire Booth Family,
I have so many wonderful memories of growing up with all of you. George and Libby provided a house full of laughter, love, joy and excitement. Everyone was always welcome and the creativity and freedom were abundant. I will always remember George's call of "All Booths?" as I was able to duck into Susan and Laura's room just in the nick of time before a very "natural" George strolled through his home.
Fast forwarding nearly 40 years, I was fortunate enough to spend some time with George and meet his loving wife Peggy. They were quite a pair, and Susan and I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon with them at the Arboretum with lots of laughter, tons of love and deep rooted friendship. I cherish the knowledge passed on that day and George's incredible photos capturing the moment.
I'm sorry George had to leave "the party" but he will always be remembered fondly for his zest for life. Now Carrie, John, Tom, Susan and Laura will carry on his legacy.
Love you all!
Bird (Sue-Boo's best friend)

I had the great pleasure of working with George at Realty Executives in 1998. I will miss him immensely! We always laughed about him being a wildcat and myself a sun devil! He lived, loved and taught as we all should! George, you are an angel in Heaven now enjoying eternal life with our Creator! Much love and go DEVILS!! Adrienne

Our deepest sympathy to the whole Booth family. We go a long way with the family and our children. Susan is like our daughter's sister and our daughter. George used to be in charge of the scouts when my husband and I were leaders at Evans School. We always loved to see what flag would be flying that day. There are too many memories to mention, but I am sure everyone knows he will be missed and was loved by all.

We are left in this world better people for being loved by my Dad. He taught me so much but most of all he taught me to love life. He was a gift and in my adult years a friend. Our family, his church and the Real Estate community lost a very good man. I can only imagine the conversations he is having right now.....lenghty I am sure!! I love you Daddio, your partner and daughter always.

George was a wonderful, caring man that always had a smile and cared about everyone. The Lessard family always contacted George when we had questions and needed a home - and we even referred to it as the Booth-Lessard Realty group because of the large number of homes he helped the family with :-). My dad cherished the close friendship he had with George and being able to sing with him in the chior. My parents regret not being able to attend the services as they are traveling, but send their love and prayers.
