I worked for George when he was at Safeco Ins. in the early 1970's. He was likely the smartest person I have ever known. He was an outstanding mentor and directly responsible for my 30 year career at the same company. He was stoic at times but had an outstanding sense of humor. I have thought of George often and miss that man.

I only knew George for a short time, as a member of our Bridge Club, The Seattle Coasters. He was friendly, sociable, well respected and a good, competitive Bridge player. We had some warm, sociable times with Amelia and George at our Bridge gatherings. I was so sad to hear of George's
death. Amelia, Morris and Kristi you have my deepest sympathy and prayers. May sweet memories of your loved one comfort you as God sustains, guides
and keeps you. I am remembering you in my prayers.
Love,
Charlotte Ruff
