George Carter Obituary
George Carter Jr, 97, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2018. Mr. Carter was born in Jacksonville, FL to George and Annie Carter on February 8, 1921. George retired from Seaboard Coast Line Railroad in 1982. Mr. Carter was preceded in death by Evelyn, his loving wife of 70 years. He is survived by his 3 children; Rodney, Bobby (Paula) and Susan (Wayne); Grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:pm on Saturday July 14, 2018 at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard Jacksonville FL 32205. HARDAGE-GIDDENS, RIVERSIDE MEMORIAL PARK and FUNERAL HOME, 7242 Normandy Boulevard is serving the family.
