On Oct. 7, 2018, of Ridley Park. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth C. Henderson Cooper, father of George E. Cooper (Jackie), Betty Ann Cooper, James E. Cooper (late Kathy) and Jane E. DiMattia (Jim), grandfather of Tyler J., Jacob E. and Nicholas G. DiMattia, James S. and Emily O. Cooper. Burial Rite and Eucharist 10:30 A.M. Saturday, Oct. 13th at Christ Episcopal Church, 104 Nevins St. Ridley, PA 19078. Visitation 6:30 to 9:30 P.M. Friday and 8:45 to 9:45 A.M. at WHITE-LUTTRELL FUNERAL HOME, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park PA. Burial George Washington Memorial Park. Memorial gifts may be sent to the above Church.

Dear George, Betty Ann, Jim and Jane, I have so many memories of George from our youth at church and in the neighborhood. He was truly a part of the fabric of Ridley Park. I pray that happy memories bring you peace.

We are so sorry to hear about your Dad. Our Dads were close in school playing basketball together and my Dad thought so much of him that he chose him to be my godfather. He would call my Mom to make sure she was doing well. He was a very kind person. - Maureen Brown (Davenport)
