Chet and I send our condolences to "Toppy's" family. We remember him fondly from his childhood and high school days in Concord, New Hampshire. We were all part of the Essex Street, Rumford Street and Centre Street neighborhood. Those were happy days of long ago. The Class of 1953 will miss him.
