George Washington Foster

Today, at mass, George Foster's name was read. He was a dear and respected man. Always a twinkle in his eye and a smile. He was the first person we met at St. Mary Magdalen in 1979 He welcomed us and was always a great friend thru the years. We will miss him. We send our love and prayers to his family. He was a great man.

We celebrate George's marvelous life and great family. He was not only a great life mentor and a fun fellow Rotarian but a wonderful loyal friend for many years with a steady moral compass that made him a true Christian who still knew how to have fun. Now he and Barbara can travel together again in Paradise.

There is a big party with much laughter going on in heaven. Barbara is busy telling George of all that has gone on as she waited for him to arrive. There is probably a "White Elephant" party being planned.
Our lose and sorrow but heaven's gain. You will be greatly missed.
