George Wiley Gammon

I met Sgt Gammon at Hays when I had just come back from Desert Storm, He always referred to me as " The old camel jockey " . I always enjoyed being around Him, His wit and humor always brought a ray of sunshine into a rough and dark place. Rest in peace Brother.

George was a great man, supervisor, and friend. I will miss those calls from you talking about old times. Rest In Peace Brother I will see you in the other side!

Janie I am very sorry for your loss of George. He was a good supervisor and a good friend to me. I will truly miss talking to him on the phone. We had some great times in the past working together, deer hunting and riding our four wheelers together. I will not be able to attend George's service and I am very sorry but my first cousin passed away and her funeral is Saturday at 2PM. I will keep you and family in my prayers.
