George Littlejohn Obituary
Camarillo - George Littlejohn, 84, of Camarillo died Thursday March 4th, 2021 at home after a brief illness.
Mr. Littlejohn was born June 7th, 1936, in New Orleans, LA. He was a Ventura County resident for 66 years. He was a Navy veteran and a civil servant at Point Mugu NAS. He was a member of the Catholic Church, St Mary Magdalen, in Camarillo and a dedicated choir member. He was also the scoutmaster for troop 243 for 20 years.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Carol and his brother Joseph. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, George and Rita Littlejohn of Santa Maria, Michael and Vicki Littlejohn of Ojai, his daughters Sarah Littlejohn of Camarillo and Cathy Littlejohn of San Diego, his sisters Emma Louise and Carol and his brother David, along with 7 grandchildren and 11great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5pm to 7pm, with a Rosary from 7to 8pm at the Griffin Family Funeral Home in Camarillo on Monday March 15th. A mass will be held at 10am Tuesday March 16 at the St Mary Magdalen Church on Las Posas Road. Interment will follow at the Assumption Cemetery in Simi Valley. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
