George A. Pasterchick

George Pasterchick, departed into the arms of the Lord on Friday, November 30, 2012 at the age of 82. He was a football coach for almost 40 years of his life: at St. Gerard High School, TMI High School and professionally with the San Antonio Toros, Charros and Bulls. George was proceeded in death by his beloved parents Steve and Helen Ilchisin, sister Audrey. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Maxine Pasterchick; and sister Eileen Williams and her husband Lou; daughter Georgia Bartlett and her husband Eric; son Steve Pasterchick and his wife Julie; grandchildren Mandy (Charlie), Marisa (Alex), Stephen, Emily, Olivia and great grandchild CT and one more on the way; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Services Visitation will be from 5-8:00PM Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. A Funeral Service will be held at 9:00AM on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at St. Mark's United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
