I met Mr. George at Sam's Club in Alpharetta Georgia 3 years ago. He was having a hard time walking into the store one day so I asked him to wait in the parking lot so I could go get him a motorized shopping cart. From that day forward my life changed. He treated me as a Father would treat his son. I spent almost 2 years assisting him around his home. Everyday I spent with Mr. George was a blessing. He encouraged me everyday and motivated me to reach for all of my dreams. He believed in me more than I believed in myself and I will never forget him. Crazy thing is I ended up finding a new job and the job has me traveling a lot, so the past 7 months I've been in and out of town. Yesterday on April 5 2017 I called Mr. George to try and catch up only to discover he died on March 1st. My heart is completely broken and this is hard to accept. I send my prayers to his Daughters Crystal and Melody, although we've never met and I don't know how to contact you, I want you both to know what your Dad means to me. I've done things with Mr. George that I've never done with my own father. I was blessed to have him as a friend and I will carry him in my heart forever. To all of Mr. George's family and friend I send my deepest condolences to you all. May God continue to bless you all.

Your dad always had a new story to tell me every time I saw him and he loved telling those stories. What I remember most about your mom was that beautiful smile. Dinah joins me in sending our sincere thoughts and
prayers to you.

If there ever was an "icon" in the teaching profession, George Paulk met those requirements. He will be sadly missed but will continue his legend, just in a different location now. R.I.P. George Cudney Paulk

To the family I sure hated to here about George's passing. He was a great teacher but most of all he was a friend. After I graduated I went to work at Milton as head custodian and spent many times talking and joking around. He will be missed our prayers will be with you in this time of your grieving.
