I am so sorry for your loss. Gunner was one in a million. I can honestly say that I never saw him without a big smile. He was such a warm and caring man.Sue and Vin both cherished his friendship. Jim and I will miss him greatly.

Uncle George was one of the kindest and funniest people I know. Maine will not be the same without him. You and the rest of the family are in our thoughts.

To Joanne, and everyone that George Loved: Our hearts are broken by the untimely passing of our Dear Uncle George. He was a joy to be around- He always had a colorful joke or story to tell, and always had us in stitches. He was a wonderful Uncle, Husband, Father, and Best Friend to my Father. He will be dearly missed and the world will be a little less bright with out his smile.

p.s.I hope that wherever he is, he is fishing.

Joanne, I was so saddened and shocked to hear about George, and so very sorry. He was happy all the time and gone way too soon. I will miss seeing him at the market.

I worked with George at Nissen Bakery and he was fun to be around. To hear the stories of Gonzo and him on a day or night out was always great and happy to hear. And the one more thing is the one fly he tied for me. I will miss him. I saw him last summer here in Glenburn and I feel very sad for this loss of a good friend. John Trainor

I am saddened to hear of George's passing. I have great memories from fishing, hunting, and camping trips with George and my Dad. George taught me how to correctly say "FISH". He will be missed. The Peavey family is in our thoughts and prayer.

George was the greatest uncle and one of my most favorite people in the world. His humor and love of life was infectous, and will live on in our hearts.
